There was nothing more comforting to me growing up in rural Idaho than the feel of being wrapped up in one of my grandmothers' well-loved quilts - worn soft with just the right amount of warmth.  When my best memories come back to me, I can feel the love of the women who have gone before me stitched into each piece of those quilts.

I would love to share the tradition and creativity of quilting with those who would like to learn, while I continue to gain valuable tips and insights from seasoned quilters.

When I'm not sitting at my sewing machine, my family has my joy-filled attention.  Together with my husband and two incredible kids, we love our Oregon home.
