Clear Skies is a wonderfully versatile pattern - with two basic sizes and additional border options, there are so many possibilities! One of my favorite quilt blocks is the crisp and classic Sawtooth Star, and when mixed with an Irish Chain layout, I just love the open white space it creates. The chain blocks are all strip-pieced, so these projects go together really quickly! The square version would be perfect as a baby quilt too.
